Let's remove the following flags before v18:

  • vtctld_show_topology_crud
  • init_populate_metadata
  • skip-preflight
  • skip_preflight
  • vtctld_addr
  • durability_policy
  • lock-shard-timeout
  • orc_web_dir
  • use_super_read_only
  • disable-replication-manager
  • queryserver-config-pool-prefill-parallelism
  • queryserver-config-stream-pool-prefill-parallelism
  • queryserver-config-transaction-prefill-parallelism
  • queryserver-config-schema-change-signal-interval
