Queria muito portar o bot pra funcionar no Telegram, mas teria que mudar bastante o código fonte. Se o scrapper alimentasse uma API que também pudesse ser consultada, isso ficaria muito mais fácil (e o código pros tweets ficaria bem mais limpo). Além disso, também seria possível a criação de versões pra outras plataformas.

Acho que o Flask se encaixa muito bem para o propósito =)
