Interpreter should allow for ctrl+c to abort a loop

Describe the feature

currently the interpreter exits on ctrl+c which isn't ideal when something is infinitely looping or taking too long.

Use Case

if ever an instruction is stuck in a loop or taking too long then I would like to be able to abort and continue in my interpreter session.

Proposed Solution

• capture the ctrl+C signal and stay in interpreter.
• change the initial instructions to read: ctrl+D (or ctrl+Z for windows) to exit.

Other Information

ctrl+D already works to exit the interpreter
