This release will will bring to a close for majority of enhancements in #6801. So I'll mostly merge PRs that are performance sensitive. But feel free to comment the PR that you think should go in. As a reminder we do aim to release every 2 weeks.

Most of the work for multiple multi-modal items per input has been completed and will be part of this release. The main thing left to be done is adding documentation. Some individual models still need to be updated to support multi-input (especially Chameleon and InternVL).
