photon platform v1.2.0: Multiple calls to photon service create causes flavor duplication.

This is probably a minor issue, but in 1.1.0 flavors were missing and now in v1.2.0 they are possible added to aggressively. Not sure if that would cause problems since these flavors have the same names.

You're right, that looks bad, thanks for reporting it.

I've got a guess as to what's happening, so have one question for you: have you restarted Photon Controller or the PC VMs? I bet we're creating the flavors on every start instead of just the first one.

I've filed this internally as bug 1854382, and we'll fix it in Photon Controller 1.2.1.
