What would you like to be added:

For every new added plugin, a user-guide for this plugin should be added in docs/user-guide.
For existing plugins without added guidance, submit PR to update user-guide and paste here to track the progress.

Why is this needed:

User can understand what each plugin does and how to use it intuitively.
