Xilinx Synthesis Failed on VCK5000

While generating xclbin for VCK5000, NOC place and route error is coming.
Error:
[Ipconfig 75-177] Unable to combine groups for destination ID generation
[Ipconfig 75-175] Could not calculate design based destination IDs
[Ipconfig 75-402] Destination ID Generation failed.
[Ipconfig 75-656] NoC place and route failed
[Place 30-1875] NOC compiler unsuccessful. Cannot place NOC instances
[Place 30-99] Placer failed with error: 'NoC placement failed!'
Please review all ERROR, CRITICAL WARNING, and WARNING messages during placement to understand the cause for failure.
[Common 17-69] Command failed: Placer could not place all instances

Anybody got any idea to resolve this?

These errors are not related to our GPU synthesis build script.
Can you confirm that you have tested building and running XRT samples on this platform?
