[Feedback] Toggle for game up time on wrist feed

Personally, I find that info not as useful as the instance timer plus there are some instances where it can overlap with the 'downloading world' text and other info on the left if you've been running a long session as well as being in a long-running instance at the same time so I would like to see a setting to be able to toggle that as well.

Additionally, since the game up timer resets anytime VRCX restarts for any reason like if the auth token expires, for example, it just feels unnecessary for me.
