病例1、病例2为夫妻关系，系21日确诊病例的父母，常住宝山区。作为确诊病例密接者排查，22日上海市疾控核酸检测均为阳性。经市级专家会诊，结合临床、影像学表现和实验室核酸检测结果，诊断为新冠肺炎确诊病例。

病例3系21日确诊病例的朋友，住在黄浦区酒店。作为确诊病例密接者排查，22日上海市疾控核酸检测为阳性。经市级专家会诊，结合临床、影像学表现和实验室核酸检测结果，诊断为新冠肺炎确诊病例。

目前，已追踪到上述3例病例在上海市的密切接触者75人，均已落实集中隔离观察。对病例曾活动过的场所已进行终末消毒。(总台央视记者池平)
