suggest we add disableHostCheck option

I suggest we add the webpack option disableHostCheck to the dev build config.
This is very useful to have in development environments when using proxies.

I also suggest adding this comment along with it...
vulnerable to DNS rebinding attack:
webpack/webpack-dev-server#887

but in development that should not be an issue, just good to know about it so someone doesn't use it in production.
