Steps to reproduce

  • Open a component
  • Locate a property within data/computed/etc.
  • Highlight the name
  • Press Control + C (or Command + C) to copy the property name
  • Try to past the property name anywhere else. Your existing clipboard content will be pasted instead.

What is expected?

The highlighted text will be copied to clipboard

What is actually happening?

The highlighted text remains highlighted without being copied.

The only way to copy text is to right-click on the highlight and select copy from the context menu


I love the new dev tools, I was running it in beta. But I would use the old dev tools to inspect components because of this. Overall I really really like the new dev tools, this is just an annoyance that I would greatly appreciate it if it were to be resolved.
