As referred to here: vuejs/rfcs#222

Now Semantic Token is part of LSP (in the upcoming 3.16 release): https://microsoft.github.io/language-server-protocol/specifications/specification-3-16/#textDocument_semanticTokens

We should adopt the latest LSP libraries and implement this feature to simplify composition API usage.
