gitorigin.hostname points to "no-origin-url" #40

The gitorigin.hostname token points to "no-origin-url", thus the opened URL looks like "https://no-origin-url/...".

The documentation mentions the token, but doesn't provide a way of setting its itvalue:
${gitorigin.hostname} - the git origin domain (e.g. github.com in https://github.com/ckb-next/ckb-next.git)
