Is it technically possible to use waffle-gl with out dependency of android source code tree? How about JNI?

I doubt that's possible atm. yet patches to make it happen will have my +1.

All the Android specific code lives in src/waffle/android/ although I suspect that NDK/JNI might not play nice with things such as TLS that we depends on.
