Available templates may be close but power users might want to tweak them a bit further.
Allowing users to edit/adapt the body of a template would allow users to tweak parameters/settings without having to create a new template.
Such a modified template body would have to get stored in the job, overriding the actual template's body (when interpreted by the job launcher).
