Reader/writer for YOLO annotation format

YOLO is a popular and fast object detection framework.
It seems to use a simple annotation format, with one annotation file per image:

Label_ID_1 X_CENTER_NORM Y_CENTER_NORM WIDTH_NORM HEIGHT_NORM

The YOLO page itself doesn't seem to specify the data format itself. The above format has been mentioned on other websites, though:
