Eclipse Fails to Boot After WakaTime Installation #49

Problem:
I attempted to install WakaTime on my Eclipse IDE 2022-06 (4.24.0) following the 'Installation for Old Versions of Eclipse' guide from the README. After completing step 2, I was prompted to restart the IDE. However, post-restart, Eclipse fails to boot, hanging on the loading screen as shown in the attached screenshot. I've tried rebooting my PC and launching the IDE again, but the issue persists.

Eclipse Version Info: Eclipse IDE for Enterprise Java and Web Developers 2022-06 R Windows x86_64
