dist/app.weex.js不存在 #29

执行 ./start 后浏览器能打开页面，但是下面app.weex.js不存在，dist目录下面没有这个文件，请求这个文件是怎么生成的？文档里没有说明

http://192.168.199.138:8080/dist/app.weex.js

没有访问这个文件啊

./start 后浏览器访问页面，旁边会有二维码，扫码就会访问这个文件
