Use this NPM package to add support for VSLive Share to the extension
https://www.npmjs.com/package/vsls

Goal is to auto add the IIS Server as a shared server when an IIS site is running from VSCode, so users do not need to manually add the port number themselves when in a VSLiveShare session.
