Deprecated value attribute on list block

Describe the Issue

Value attribute on the list block is deprecated since version 6.0 and will be removed in version 6.5. Please use inner blocks instead. This appears in the Sidebar block example section.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to any page
2. Open the console
3. Hover over the sidebar block in the inserter to see the warning
