Redesign deploy new agent page

Description

Initially, this page was designed as a floating window over the Agent Summary page, but with time it has drifted to a standalone page, but still has the same design as if it was a floating document.

We want to remove this design, and use the same styles we use in other pages, removing the document-like design.
