Integrate wazuh-check-updates plugin

Description

Integrate the main plugin with the wazuh-check-updates plugin developed in issue #87.
This integration will allow us to consume from the backend and frontend of the main plugin the methods and components exposed respectively by the wazuh-check-updates plugin.

Backend integration

• Method to return an array of the available updates

Frontend integration

• Component to notify the user when there is a new update
