Rename qa-ctl temporary files directory to wazuh_qa_ctl

Hi,

All temporary qa-ctl files are stored in the temporary system directory with the name qa_ctl, for example in Linux /tmp/qa_ctl.

It is requested to rename this directory to wazuh_qa_ctl to give more context to the contents of that directory, as the name of qa_ctl alone can be confusing.
