Node details panel not obvious how to close when node goes away #667

If you have the details pane open while the node goes away it is non-obvious how to exit it, so we should just close it.

We had that interaction, but decided to keep it open in case the node comes back.

But we could put a x somewhere so it's obvious how to close.
