Somewhat mysteriously, in https://github.com/web-platform-tests/wpt/pull/49970/checks?check_run_id=35434087747 (https://dev.azure.com/web-platform-tests/wpt/_build/results?buildId=131812&view=ms.vss-test-web.build-test-results-tab&runId=1192631&resultId=100566&paneView=debug), Azure Pipelines apparently is getting:

(This doesn't appear in any of the run logs, which is strange, but I can well believe this is a genuine intermittent failure.)
