By default, the title of the page being saved is used as the filename. Spaces and upper and lower case letters are also preserved.
When saving to a git repository, it would be nice to be able to clean up the filename a bit at the push of a button (or via settings):
convert all into lowercase
replace spaces with '-' or '_'.
When saving to GitHub, it's not clear how to specify a subfolder as the default destination or what the settings mean. There is a setting for "Save Path". But it says as a note: "Only takes effect when saving to code". And I do not understand the meaning. What is meant by "saving to code"?
