Thanks for the report, I was able to reproduce the issue. I've created a Bugzilla issue.

This seems to be reproducing now regardless of the ETP, thus reopening and moving to Needsdiagnosis for further investigation.

Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 90.0a1 (🦎 90.0a1-20210516091748)
Operating System: Google Pixel 5 (Android 11) - 1080 x 2340 pixels, 19.5:9 ratio (~432 ppi density), Samsung Galaxy S6 (Android 7.0) - 1440 x 2560 pixels (~577 ppi pixel density)

It's being blocked by the autoplay settings. Since there is no play button, there is no way to start the video. This is a duplicate of mozilla-mobile/fenix#11027

This is working if I adjust autoplay settings to Allow video/audio or Block audio only:
