add gaze watcher lib

it would be interesting to add another lib of watcher?

The webpack does not support fsevent in http://azk.io. I believe that the same issue will occur with docker or VMs. I'm thinking of adding the gaze as a watcher optional or default.

use long polling is extremely impractical to consume large amount of resources and still be slow.
