cli-executer doesn't warn if no value was provided as part of the respective flag #1277

Describe the bug

webpack-cli --[unknown flag]

If no values were supplied with the flag that requires a value an appropriate warning message should show up.

What is the current behavior?
No warning message seems to show up.

To Reproduce

  • Fire in webpack-cli --node
  • Choose --node-args and don't give any input when prompted for the value.

Expected behavior

  • The user should be warned such that, it is a required field.
