Describe the bug

While running commands like info,serve ...
The CLI is interpreting this as init

What is the current behavior?

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run these commands from the current master
  2. webpack-cli info
  3. webpack-cli serve'
  4. See that init is executing

Expected behavior
Commands should run as per their package
