Can't build 32-bit #22

Trying to cross compile on a 64 bit windows machine to 32 bit. I'm using the tdm-gcc 32 bit compiler.

So my env is:
GOARCH=386
CGO_LDFLAGS=-lodbc32

When I try to build it gives me an error that I don't get when I compile for 64 bit:
main.go:16: undefined: odbc.Connect
