目的

好用第一：为开发者提供开箱即用更方便、更稳定的 python cli 和 api。
声音万花筒：预提供一系列好玩 fancy 的声音。
迭代速度是第一生产力：基于 python 快速的开发和迭代。

技术选择

推理引擎：onnxruntime，其支持的平台更多

功能

modelscope 模型库支持，见 [cli] support auto download #162
基于 bert 的多音字和韵律前端支持
后端推理支持
变速变调支持
特色音库，基本功能支持如下（后续会拓展到很多个性化音色，如巴拉巴拉小魔仙）
- 中文：标贝女生
- 中文：标准男生
- 英文：标准女生
- 英文：标准男生
