Fixed width for the Top Bar icon

It currently changes its width depending on the language name.　For example, "en" is wider than "あ", so it pushes the other elements on the Top Bar back and forth when the language changes. How about an option to use fixed width? Something like not getting narrower when the language changes (e.g. "en" -> "あ").
