The title says it all. Mate 10 pro is based on kirin 970 but unsure whether 970_v2. Is there any unlocked bootloader files?

turns out when flashing factory bootloader directly, its black screen. my emui is 9.1 and the lowest i can go is 9 but im sure that emui 9 is also blackscreen. i wont be able to go back to 8 as Huawei implemented some security to prevent dowgrading past a specific version. the xloader version changes. let me know if there is any other way.
