Test Cases:

python -c 'print("one\ntwo\n%s\n" % "\"hey\ncool\"")' | pyline -O csv
python -c 'print("one\ntwo\n%s\n" % "\"hey\ncool\"")' | pyline -O csv 'l'

This seems more intuitive:

python -c 'print("one\ntwo\n%s\n" % "\"hey\ncool\"")' | pyline -O csv 'w'
