Changes to run workspace not reflected in instance container

Running the offending AEA 158242 example tale as a recorded run, I noticed that run/workspace changes are not reflected in the running instance. This may be caused by cache not being invalidated when the run modifies files.

To repeat:

• Start your tale instance
• Start a recorded run that modifies the run workspace.
• In the tale instance, list the run workspace to see if changes are reflected. There may be a timing issue here -- you'd need to list before a file is created for the cache to not have it.
