Feature Request: write info on each dump to a text file like CleanRip/wudump

Maybe some of these could be toggleable, if they have an unavoidable performance impact. E.g. disable hashing or disable some hashes.

For preservation purposes, just the dump start datetime would be great, like GodMode9 and other preservation tools have. Other stuff is lower priority for those purposes.
