Ive been trying to dump 2 different discs but I keep getting the error

ERROR_READ_CONTENT
Failed to read the a .app file from disc

on both of them and I am not sure what it means. Both discs have no scratches and my sd card has plenty of space. Any sort of explanation for what this error means would be great 😅
