Firefox 120.0.1 (64-bit)

What is the correct Windows Display settings for screen resolution and text %.
I bought a new montor and now the Textarea popup window does not display the the control icons.

When Textarea is launched a brif window pops up that shows the icons but the window imediately switches to an elongated retangel but with not control icons.
