Reverse for 'citations_reference_upload_bibtex' with arguments '()' and keyword arguments '{}' not found. 0 pattern(s) tried: []

On installing 0.3, there is a NoReverseMatch because bibtexparser is not installed.

Url tag is in citations/templates/admin/updated_change_form.html
