Incorrect links are generated with MySQL for variables like com_show_open_tables
which links to https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/com-show-open-tables.html (404) instead of https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/server-status-variables.html#statvar_Com_xxx
