Rackspace Cloud Container TTL

I am using fileconveyor to push content into a rackspace cloud files container, and every so often my cloud containers TTL setting gets reset back to 1 day (from 1 month) which effects my site performance. Rackspace says they are not doing it, so I wondered if there was anything in FC that might be doing something like that? Its the only thing I can think of since I have had to stop and restart fileconveyor a number of times.
