Long PS in RDS1

redsea currently does not support Long PS support in Group 15A (IEC RDS1 standard 62106-2).

That's interesting, I guess they standardized it to reduce the 'misuse' of scrolling PS :)

In my old copies of the standard, Long PS doesn't exist, but it looks very simple to 'reverse-engineer' from the hexdump. And it seems to be UTF-8.

Haha, no probs:) I was wondering the same, but that's how they are transmitting it ('Jä' in utf-8 is 4A C3 A4). Maybe the encoder is weird about umlauts.
