More meaningful WireLib.GetVersion

Change version to a number format like Gmod versioning. Most recent Workshop would be 240405. Have a fancy string as its second output Workshop 2024-04-05 (bc614de) for printing.

This would be much more useful as you could compare versions numerically.

Make sure also to update the actions to embed the proper version. I think ${date +%y%m%d} would be sufficient, unless you want to base it off the commit's date (don't look at me, I can't bash).
