Add OS version in detox device module

Hello to everyone,

I would like to suggest a contribution to add the OS version in the device module of detox.

The final goal would be to have the same behaviour as when calling Platform.Version from react-native.

This could be very useful especially when testing features such as App Tracking Transparency.

I would be more than happy to make the contribution and submit a PR for this.
