This is a small repository that provides the minimal usable pieces needed to estimate virtual tractography for patients of stroke who have experienced white matter injury. The necessary first effort needs to be to create lesion masks for each patient that is transformed into the MNI space. Using that and the data in baseData.mat and also download the streamlines from https://figshare.com/s/c9dc7ed58127eb1082cb you can create virtual structural connectomes for patients. Read the corresponding paper for more details: Wodeyar, A. et al. (2019) Influence of damage to the structural connectome on functional and effective connectivity in resting state fMRI Note that code was adapted from along-tract-stats: https://github.com/johncolby/along-tract-stats Also streamlines were derived using DSI-Studio from http://brain.labsolver.org/diffusion-mri-templates/hcp-842-hcp-1021 - check Yeh, F. C., Panesar, S., Fernandes, D., Meola, A., Yoshino, M., Fernandez-Miranda, J. C., ... & Verstynen, T. (2018). Population-averaged atlas of the macroscale human structural connectome and its network topology. NeuroImage, 178, 57-68. PubMed: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/29758339 for more details.
