Audit WooCommerce Blocks and behaviour with full site editing.

Full Site editing in WordPress has matured to the point where we can start testing WooCommerce blocks in the context of the full site editor. The block editor for full site editing is using a slightly different architecture for the editor content/canvas so this will help with testing this new canvas as well (and is good prep work for if/when that eventually lands in the post editor).
