With Bitbucket, the server consistently updates the details of the initial user instead of creating a new one. #3264

Describe the bug

Consecutive logins with different Bitbucket accounts lead to the update of the initially created user. This problem may arise from a null or empty foreign ID in the Bitbucket API response.

It converts Woodpecker CI a single-user service, disconnecting the previous user whenever a new user logs in.
