The LG clip tray does not appear when copying/pasting in Visual mode in the editor.

The clip tray does work in HTML mode, but it would be nice if it worked in Visual mode as well.

Reported in an app review. h/t Velda for testing and confirming the issue on an LG G4.

Based on another app review, it looks like Samsung's clipboard manager also does not appear when copying/pasting in the editor.
