Directory Tree

I would like to see a directory tree of my library list and the IFS so I can open folders click on members directly to bring them up for editing. It would also be nice to be able to add and remove new folders in the displayed directory tree.

I find it very helpful when I can use an Outline panel that show all of the file, fields, constants, key lists, and subroutines with their associated line numbers. Clicking on the name would take you to where it is defined and clicking on the line number would take you to that place in the code.
